Getting ready for the big move?  New beginning, out with the old, in with the new!  Go through your kitchen cabinets, your closets, old art & furniture.  Have a yard sale, garage sale or sell it on Amazon,  ebay or craigs list!  Rule of thumb, if you haven't used it in a year and do not see using it in the near future, get rid of it!

Choosing the perfect home

Whether you are buying a  home or in the process of renting a home there are key factors to consider depending on your wants and needs.
First is deciding which is more beneficial for you leasing or buying.  If you are planning to stay in an area for a temporary amount of time a lease maybe best for you.  If maintaining a home and being responsible for necessary repairs is not something you wish to deal with leasing maybe for you.

At the time of this blog post the housing market is filled with short sales and foreclosures.  This is definitely a buyers market.  Take your time to find what suits you.
